500GM. Minced meat ( keema with fat )
For making 10 kababs
Ginger-garlic paste 2tsp,chopped onion 1 ,chopped coriander leaves, chopped green chillies, 1tsp red chilli powder,1tsp lemon juice, 2tsp namak and 2tsp garam masala powder. Mix together .and put aside for 1 hour.
Put it in a mixer grinder and churn until smooth.
Apply little oil on skewers , take a handful of keema and roll over skewers with wet hand .
Cook on barbecue by applying little oil over the kabab. Untill they turned brown.
Serve hot with dhania chutney and onion rings.
