Banana-Walnut Loaf ~

Its a Bread, Its a Cake, Its a Loaf…..

And the debate raged, while i coolly cut slices and started to enjoy the delicious goodness of home made cake, with home grown bananas (from our chandigarh kitchen garden) with Mom’s love.

Yes, Mom made this for me to carry to Mumbai to share with the family and it was just as tough to get the exact recipe out of her ! LOL !
Here is sharing with you what we managed to get from her, maybe you all can fine tune it to our liking but this one is tried and tested many times over with splendid results everytime.
What u need :

3 ripe bananas mashed well 
2 large eggs beaten & kept aside
3/4 cup atta & 3/4 cupmaida ,

2 tsp BP, 

1/4 tsp baking soda, 

1/2 tsp cinnamon powder.
Sieve together.
Add 1/2 cup oil & 1  cup powdered sugar to mashed bananas and Beat well.
Add half maida atta & half beaten egg.

Repeat, add 1/2 cup chopped walnuts and vanilla essence and Bake at 180 deg for 25 minutes approx.
