Powder sugar-1 cup
Baking soda-1 tspn
Pinch of salt
Vanilla / chocolate essence-1/2 tspn
Preheat the oven 180℃ for 10 min
Sift maida,baking powder,baking soda,cocoa powder and salt.
Beat curd, sugar till the mixture turns fluffy.mix vanilla essence
Pour the dry ingredients into wet ingredients.
Whisk until everything is well mixed. Add milk
Do not over mix.
Grease the baking tin and pour the batter in it and place it on the grill rack.
Bake at 180℃entigrade for 30 minutes.
Unmould and cool it completely
For chocolate ganache:
Dark chocolate compound-200gm
Microwave the chocolate compound for 1.30min
Stirring every 30 sec.
then add the cream and again heat for 1 min. till all the cream and chocolate is mixed well.
Keep stirring in between too,
Add butter,mix well and keep in the fridge for atleast 2-3 hrs.
Your chocolate ganache is ready😊
