Easter Basket – Eggless Chocolate Cupcake 

Makes 6 cupcakes


INGREDIENTS

For Cupcake:

100 grams ( ¾ cup) All purpose Flour
20 grams ( 3 tbsp) Cocoa powder
½ tsp salt
100 grams ( ½ cup) Granulated Sugar
60 ml ( ¼ cup) Vegetable oil
120 ml ( ½ cup) Warm water
½ tsp Instant Coffee Powder
1 tsp Vanilla extract
½ tsp Baking Soda
½ tbsp Vinegar

For Frosting:

100 grams ( ½ cup) Unsalted Butter ( Room temperature)
225 grams ( 2 cups) Powdered Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1 – 2 tbsp Whole milk

For decoration:

Green Food color
