Biscuit cake

​Quick eggless moist biscuit cake in a microwave 
Ingredients: I am mentioning what exactly I used, you can change biscuits as per your choice 🙂

– 30 oreo biscuits

-3/4 cup crushed leftover other biscuits

– 2 tablespoon sugar

-1/2 teaspoon baking powder

-1/2 teaspoon baking soda

-2 teaspoon cocoa powder

-50 grams melted butter ( I used nutrilite)

-1 cup milk ( plus some more if required to meet the batter consistency)
Method:

– blend all biscuits, sugar, cocoa powder and milk in a mixer 

– take it out in a bo wl and add butter, baking soda and baking powder.

– add more milk little by little to reach the battee consistency like idli batter

– put it in a butter greased microwave dish and microwave on high for 5 minutes first and then do a toothpick test. If it comes out clean your cake is done or else do it for one more minute.
Your soft, chocolaty, sinful, eggless biscuit cake is ready..
