Whole wheat nutty cupcakes

ingredients for cupcake-
150 gram whole flour, minus 3 tbsp
100 gram butter
hundred gram milk powder
150 gram powdered sugar
200 ml milk
half teaspoon vanilla essence  one teaspoon baking powder
half teaspoon cooking soda
3 tablespoon cocoa powder

method-
measure all ingredients.
line Muffin tin.
preheat oven at 180 degree centigrade for 10 minutes.
sieve flour, milk powder, cooking soda, baking powder and cocoa powder, and keep aside.
combine butter sugar and vanilla essence,beat them till get white in colour and fluffy.
add flour mix step by step, beat slowly, in between gradually add milk.
beat for 1 to 2 minutes.
pour better in Muffin tin, tap well to remove air bubbles.
top it with crunchy mix.
bake for 30 to 35 minute till bake properly.
cool it and enjoy!

ingredients for the crunchy topping-
1 quarter Cup chopped dark chocolate
1 quarter cup chopped nuts
1 quarter Cup oats
2 pinch cinnamon powder
2 tablespoon Honey drizzle

method –

Sprinkle cinnamon on toppings mix.
  warm up honey to thin it out. drizzle it on topping,roughly coat them.
Sprinkle it at the top of muffins then bake.

note –
add chopped dark chocolate at the last because hot Honey will melt it.
