EGG MASOOR KHEEMA BIRYANI

Ingredients
1/2kg mutton mince
8 boiled eggs
5 cups basmati rice.
4 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
1 cup fried onions
1 cup whole masoor dal (half cooked)
2 potatoes cut into 4pcs
1 cup finely chopped tomatoes
3 tbsp yoghurt
3 tbsp Shan biryani masala
Finely chopped coriander leaves and sliced green chillies
Method
Fry boiled eggs for a little while in a pan in oil and keep it aside. Then fry potatoes also and keep it aside. Then add ginger garlic paste and chopped tomatoes and saute for some time . Add green chillies half cooked masoor dal mutton mince and Shanbhag biryani masala and saute for some time. Add fried onions and some finely chopped coriander leaves. Add little red chilli pwd if u want spicy. Add little water if required. Then add potatoes eggs and yoghurt and cook for some time.
Then add semi boiled  rice over the masala . Garnish with fried onions little ghee food color coriander leaves  and sliced tomatoes and keep it on dum. Ur biryani is ready . Serve it with cucumber raita.
