Molten lava cake 2 mins

1/4 cup all purpose flour
2 tbs unsweetened chocolate powder
2 sachet truvia  ( i am Diabetic so I used truvia but you can use regular sugar. more if you like sweeter taste.)
1/4 tsp backing powder
1/4 cup milk + 2 tbs more milk
2 tbs canola oil
Whip cream for topping

– mix dry ingredients in a bowl
– in separate bowl/cup mix milk and oil
– pour in to dry mixture and whisk it together until no lumps
– pour in microwave safe mug.
– place paper towel and put mug on top so that if it spills it would be easy to clean
– microwave on high heat for 65 seconds. ( Every microwave is different . It took four trial to work out exact seconds)

Remove from microwave and enjoy with dollop of whip cream on top
