Choco walnut brownies

Recipe adapted from
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup castor or fine sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract or essence
2 eggs
1/2 cup APF or maida
1/3 cup Cocoa powder
1/4 typo on salt and baking powder
Half cup chopped walnuts

Preheat your  oven and grease 9×9 baking pan.
In a medium bowl, mix together the oil, sugar, and vanilla. Beat in eggs. Combine flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt; gradually stir into the egg mixture until well blended. Stir in walnuts, if desired. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan.
Bake for around 20 minutes, or until it begins to pull away from edges.
Voila your awesome brownies are ready.
Let it cool on a wire rack and cut it into squares and serve it hot with a generous scoop of vanilla ice cream and hot chocolate sauce.
