Dahi Kebabs

Ingredients
Paneer 2 cups
Hung curd about 3/4 cup
Bread crumbs
Green chillies, coriander, grated ginger
Salt & pepper to taste

Method
Grate the paneer (it should not be having too much of water). Add salt & pepper to taste. Mix bread crumbs to make a dough.

In the hung curd add ginger, chillies, coriander, salt & pepper.

Make a flat peda of the paneer mix & put the hung curd filling. Roll into a seekh & insert a wooden sick thru the roll.

You can also give it the shape of a kebab.

Cook the seekh roll on a non stick tawa.

Serve hot wid chutney.
