Healthy Avacodo sandwich

4 Slices brown bread
2 Tablespoon Avocado dip (for recipe click)
Small portion of Iceberg lettuce
6 Tomato slices
6 capsicum  slices
6 Cottage cheese slices
1/2 Avocado cut into long strips
6 Cucumber slices
Crushed black pepper according to taste
Salt according to taste
Procedure :
First of all finish all the vegetable cuttings

Now take bread slices toast it in a toster or pan
Now assemble the sandwich
On a flat surface place the 2 bread slices.  On one bread apply Avocado dip and on second bread place iceberg lettuce

On Avocado dip assemble tomato slices,  cucumber slices and cottage cheese

On the other bread slice, arrange capsicum and Avocado strips.  Sprinkle black pepper and salt on the sandwich.  Now close the sandwich by keeping both the bread slice over each other

Sandwich  is ready cut it diagonally and serve it with salad…….
