Egg Cutlets

For 3 egg cutlets-
Perfectly boil 3 eggs.
Take 2-3 boiled potatoes. Mash them. Make bread crumbs of 6-8 slices of bread. Mix mashed potatoes, bread crumbs, jeera, green chilly chopped, dry dhaniya, coriander leaves chopped, salt. Mix all the ingredients properly. If the mixture looks too dry add few drops of water and mix again. If it looks fine, just let it be.
Now coat the mixture over the eggs and make a big round like ball and deep fry them!
Once it turns brown, remove it from the gas and cut in 2 pieces from the center. Garnish with some chat masala and coriander leaves.
Serve hot with spicy green chutney and tomato ketchup. Cheers!
