Chocolate cheese cake
Ingredients – 250 gms dark chocolate, 200 ml cream, 100 ml milk, 2 tbsp custard powder, lil bit of vanilla essence, for the base 150 gms marie biscuits, abt 70 gms butter.
Grind the biscuits n butter to make the base. Spread it on a springform tin and refrigerate for half hr.
Melt chocolate and cream..boil the milk add custard powder. Add this mixture to the chocolate mixture. Add vanilla essence. Pour it onto the refrigerated biscuit base. Refrigerate for 2 hrs..garnish it with toasted walnuts or hazelnuts..refrigerate overnight. Thats abt it!!
